Our company has own production flow and package to offer customers high quality and perfectly products
Material: made of melamine faced chipboard (MFC)/ particle board . With plain pvc edge
Melamine faced MDF board and T model pvc edge also available.
Edge finish: All the PVC edge were finely trimed to make edge more smooth , avoiding sharp edge.
We make up the edge border with oil after edge triming, to make edge match the board more properly and naturally .
Few factory treat this detail seriously ,but we do !
Accessories: with high quality accessories.
Bearing steel ball slide chanels, connectors, lockers, and buffer hingers
We promise 5%~10% additional Qty of accessories for each model .Such as connectors, screws, layer board, nails and so on.
Package: is knock down (KD) packed in cartons, with protective EPE foam or bubble flim
Each model with clearly fitting instruction.
Cartons are designed according to different size & shape of wooden panels.
